Hailey Bieber is 'deeply concerned' for her husband Justin Bieber and doesn't know 'where to turn' for 'help,' a source has claimed.
The singer, 30, has sparked concern over his well-being in recent weeks following a string of appearances looking noticeably gaunt and pale and wearing bizarre outfits.
Fears were raised again this week when video footage emerged of him shifting his weight between each foot, itching his legs and grinning uncontrollably as he talked to a fan at his wife's pop up store in Los Angeles.
Now, an insider has laid bare Hailey's reported concerns about her husband's mood, work, and diet.
They claimed that he 'doesn't care about his well-being anymore' and that he has 'lost' all 'motivation' - even for making music, which used to excite him.
'He’s not working out like he used to, he doesn’t seem to eat like he once did, and people can see he has lost weight,' they told DailyMail.com.

'It’s like he doesn’t care about his well-being anymore. He’s moodier too. People are worried that he’s lost any motivation, even for his music.
'He goes to start recording but then he cancels sessions because "he isn’t in the mood." It’s like he is struggling to focus on his own songwriting.'
The source alleged that Hailey has tried to 'help' him but he 'won't listen' to her.
They added that she now doesn't know 'where to turn' because neither of them are close with their respective families.
'Hailey is deeply concerned for Justin,' they continued. 'He won’t listen to her when she tries to help.
'Hailey struggles with where to turn. It’s not as if she can ask his family for help - or hers for that matter. They’ve both experienced estrangement from them.'
DailyMail.com has reached out to Hailey and Justin's reps for comment.
Reports of tension between Hailey and her parents have been circulating for months with a source previously claiming their relationship has been 'eroding for some time now'.

'She was closer with her mom, but that started to break down when she fell pregnant because she didn’t want to tell her family for months,' they told DailyMail.com in October.
It came three months after she told W Magazine: 'I'm not super close with my family at this point in my life. Because I feel like I'm very independent.
'I'm my own individual now, and I've built my own family. But when I look back on my childhood and how I grew up, I have very fond, beautiful memories.'
She said the distance stemmed from her moving out of their family home as a teenager to pursue her modelling career, which forced her to grow up faster.
Tensions are said to have reached boiling point when Hailey's father, Stephen Baldwin shared a bizarre post asking fans to pray for his daughter and son-in-law.
The Usual Suspects alum reposted a video of Justin singing, which was shared by All Things Possible Ministries founder Victor Marx, and captioned it: 'Christians please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection, and draw close to the Lord.'
Justin's increasingly dishevelled appearance has notably coincided with the epic fall from grace of his former mentor Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who was arrested last year on suspicion of a string of sex trafficking and racketeering offences. He has denied the claims.
A separate source previously claimed to DailyMail.com that Justin was deeply troubled by the allegations against Diddy, who turned the rising star into his party pal when he was just 15.

'[Justin] is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off,' they said.
'So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him.
'Justin hasn't been responding on this since the home raids. He's not going to.'
Another insider claimed that the star has been struggling with his mental health for a few years, adding: 'Justin has been struggling for the last couple of years with his mental health and a significant part of that is down to his worry about being in certain public situations.
'He has built up a deep fear of being out in spaces with lots of people and has a deep-seated worry about large crowds.'
They claimed Hailey has been encouraging him to spend time outside with those close to him.
'The toll of being locked away from the world is also tough,' they said. 'It is tough on a partner, like Hailey, who is supportive and wants to help him get through these moments.
'Their recent trip to Aspen is an example of how she is encouraging him back out in public with close friends.'

Justin has talked candidly in the past about his mental health struggles, revealing there were times when he felt 'really, really suicidal' at his lowest.
Speaking on his YouTube documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter in 2020, he said he experienced 'consistent' pain.
His comments came months after he announced he was taking a break from music to focus on 'some of the deep rooted issues that I have... so that I don't fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be.'
Rumors recently erupted of marital problems after he briefly unfollowed Hailey on Instagram last month, which he later attributed to someone 'hacking' his account.
'Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,' he wrote in a statement shared to his Stories. 'S**t getting suss out here.'
Rhode Beauty founder Hailey also appeared to do damage control by sharing a picture of a sleeping Justin.
Another insider told DailyMail.com last month that Justin and Hailey's marriage is seemingly far from idyllic, with the model struggling with Justin being a 'loose cannon' since the 'start of their marriage.'
They said she was hopeful that he would change after the arrival of their first child, son Jack Blues, in August 2024.
