A spinal injury sufferer who can feel 'nothing from the waist down' has shared a series of revealing videos that explain how he and his partner have sex.

Neven Hart and his fiance Amber Cogbill have gained almost 550,000 followers on TikTok by sharing adaptations to their intimate life they made following a devastating bike accident that left Mr Hart paralysed.

The crash left him with severe damage to spinal nerves that control everything below his torso, making sex more challenging.

But, in a series of intriguing videos, the couple explained they still manage to have a very fulfilling intimate life, with the help of three medical tools.

In the latest clip, that has so far been nearly a million TikTok users, the pair give credit to a phallic-shaped device called the Ferticare 2.0.

Ms Cogbill, 23, explained that the gadget—priced £550—helps her partner to achieve orgasm, despite his lack of sensation in the pelvic area.

It could even allow him to become a father, according to the couple.

The device is a medical grade vibrator for men that claims to be 70 per cent effective for helping men with spinal cord injuries reach climax.

Mr Hart also says that the device could allow him to become a father

The tip of the vibrator is placed on the underside of the glands of the penis.

This is a part of the organ that is highly sensitive, due to the abundance of nerve endings in the area.

A couple can hold the device—which is not intended for internal use—against the penis for 20 seconds at a time to reach the necessary amount of stimulation.

There are other benefits too: Mr Hart said it can help reduce the frequency of muscle spasms suffered by those with spinal cord injuries.

Another tool the couple rely upon is an injection of a drug called Trimix, which causes an erection.

The couple also revealed that they use a chair-like device called an 'intimate rider' that allows the couple to rock backwards and forwards during intercourse.

TikTok users have taken to social media to applaud the pair on their 'honesty' about intimate subjects.

Mr Hart though said that he uses injects a medication called Trimix into the base of his penis that triggers an erection

The couple said that they decided to open up because there was 'no information' on the topic of sex when Mr Hart first suffered his injury.

'Knowing what we know now, we are posting this information so we can help other young couples or individuals who are going through the same thing,' Ms Gogbill told Buzzfeed News.

Mr Hart agreed, saying that if it 'helps another guy', then sharing these intimate details would be 'worth it'.

Research from 2024 found that 95 per cent of men who suffer a spinal injury experience some sort of sexual dysfunction.

More than half of women with similar injuries are still able to experience an orgasm, studies show.

Last month Heidi Herkes 45, revealed her experience of intimacy following a 'freak accident' that left her paralysed from the waist down.

She said: 'Sex with a disability was a completely new experience. James [her partner] had to lift me into bed and help position me – and there were some limitations with those positions and the ways in which I could move and touch him – but it didn’t matter.

'I could still have sex, give a man pleasure and, crucially, experience it myself. When I orgasmed, it felt so empowering. It was an amazing moment.'
