Jake Paul has taken to social media to show off his first private jet, purchased thanks to his monster pay day from his fight with Mike Tyson.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer has now had 12 professional fights, but none more high-profile than his bout against former world heavyweight champion Tyson at Texas' AT&T Stadium late last year.

After the bout was delayed - and received criticism - due to Tyson's health concerns, Paul dominated throughout and revealed after the bout that he opted not to knock out the veteran.

Tyson also recently revealed he thought he was going to get sued if he didn't fight, but his boxing career now seems to have come to an end once and for all at 58 years old, despite him calling out Paul's brother Logan inside the ring.

But he did get a pretty pay day out of it, with Paul pocketing a reported $40million, or £31m, from stepping inside the ring.

Now, he has put that money to good use as he searches for his next opponent, showing off his first private jet on social media in an Instagram post.

The 28-year-old showed off the grey jet to his 28.7million Instagram followers, which had a bow on and was next to a brand new £200,000 Mercedes Maybach SUV in a matching colour.

The plane was situated on a runway, door open, and Paul, wearing a grey shirt, black trousers and a pink and white hat, danced in front of the vehicles.

The video then cut to him laying in a bed, again dancing, and pretending to sleep on his jet.

M.I.A's Paper Planes song played over the video, which was captioned: 'Bought my first yet. Went global cause I'm global. Silly me.'

Paul, who hasn't fought since facing Tyson in November, has been chasing a bout with Mexican Canelo Alvarez, but that will now not be happening any time soon after Canelo signed a four-fight deal with Riyadh Season.

Previously, it was understood that Alvarez and Paul were close to finalising their crossover fight, but according to Saudi's boxing chief Turki Alalshikh, the Mexican has taken another bout with an unknown opponent in May.

Paul then took aim at his rival on social media, posting 'Breaking news: Canelo Alvarez ducked me Jake Paul and is now an owned slave with no regard for the pride of the Mexican people who support him on US soil. It's not surprising when his whole career he has done nothing for the sport of boxing outside the ring.

'I'm the new face of boxing. You cannot have the biggest fight of 2025 without my name involved. When all of your events tank and lose money you will all realize who the king of the sport is.

He recently launched a verbal attack on Canelo Alvarez after apparent talks broke down

'28 years old. Biggest fight in boxing history. My own boss. Not owned. 5 years in. All of you felines want to see me fail, but god has other plans. It's the era of good. The era of the elephant. It's the era of MVP.'

Last week, 'The Problem Child' even published an X post hinting at the potential fight date with Alvarez, writing: 'It's time. Sat July 5th. New York, New York.'

Paul has, in the past, called out Canelo on a number of occasions. Last year, following his bout with Ryan Bourland, Paul told the four-weight world champion to 'stop ducking' him. The wait, though, goes on.
