It's that time of the year again - the transfer window is now open until September 1 and it's sure to be a busy period with clubs looking to make big signings ahead of next season.
Here are today's latest developments from Simon Jones and the Daily Mail Sport team...
Burnley in talks over Hayen
Burnley are speaking to Belgian side Genk about possibility of their coach Nicky Hayen becoming their new manager.
Charles closing in on City return
Manchester City are closing on a deal to sign goalkeeper Pierce Charles from Sheffield Wednesday.
The 20-year-old was on City's books as a teenager prior to moving to Hillsborough. He will be brought in as cover with James Trafford looking to move on after the World Cup. Newcastle remain attentive to Trafford's situation.
Charles is the younger brother of Southampton midfielder Shea Charles, who is a target for Leeds United.
Dragusin departs Spurs
Radu Dragusin has completed his move from Tottenham to Fiorentina.
Dragusin will leave Spurs, who retain a 10 per cent sell-on clause which is on the profit of any potential future sale, initially on loan for a year with an obligation for the move to become permanent.
The Italian Serie A club, where former Spurs sporting director Fabio Paratici is in charge of recruitment, will pay an initial loan fee of just over £1million for the 24-year-old followed by a transfer fee of £15m. That figure could rise to £21.4m if Dragusin plays a set number if games.
It represents a significant loss on the Romania centre half who joined Spurs from Genoa for £26.7million in January 2024.

He has struggled to make a breakthrough into the first team and his time in North London was defined by the serious knee injury in 2025, which kept him out for almost a year.
