Molly Mae Hague's sister Zoe Rae slipped into a blue crop top and workout shorts as she shared her new training schedule with her Instagram followers on Thursday.
The influencer, 29, who has a loyal following of 683,000 on the social media platform and was previously on the front cover of Women's Fitness, invests her time in health and fitness and often gives fans glimpses into her daily workouts.
And on Thursday, Zoe slipped into her stylish workout gear as she brought her followers along to her interval training session.
Kicking off the motivational clip, Zoe told her followers: 'Guys, I have a big interval session to do this morning.
'I'm a little bit scared, so I thought if I brought you guys with me, I'd be more inclined to do it, and we could get it done together. So let's get ready and head to the gym together.'
Zoe began her morning routine with a toasted bagel and got ready to make her way to her local gym.
Once inside the gym, Zoe began with a warm-up, including front-to-back leg swings, before hopping on the treadmill.
She ran for 3km at the pace of 4:55/km and then decreased it by a kilometre after every interval until complete, totalling a distance of 6km.
Following her intense training session, Zoe met up with her husband, Danny, for a cute coffee date.
Sharing the video to Instagram, Zoe captioned the post: 'Come & help me train,' alongside a series of heart hands emojis.
It comes after Molly-Mae's sister Zoe has reportedly accepted Tommy Fury back into their lives, with the family agreeing to 'never mention' their relationship issues again.
The Love Island stars, both 26, who share three-year-old daughter Bambi, announced earlier this month that they are expecting their second child.
The pregnancy, which has reportedly taken its toll on Molly-Mae, comes after they reconciled following a brief split in summer 2024.
After their split, strains within the family unit surfaced as it was revealed Molly-Mae's sister Zoe was furious with the boxer and was later very against them getting back together.
But it seems they have buried the hatchet, with a source telling The Sun that both Zoe and Molly-Mae's mother, Debbie Gordon, have welcomed Tommy back into their lives.
It has also reportedly been decided that as a family they will no longer discuss the previous relationship issues - which centred around Tommy's previously undisclosed alcohol problem.
The source said: 'Like Molly, they have had a U-turn and fully accepted him back in their lives.'
They added that Molly's happiness is what matters most to them, and if she is happy with Tommy, they will accept it as a fresh start.
'They want to forget about everything that happened, and it's basically been agreed that they will never mention it again,' the source added.
Molly-Mae and Tommy revealed this month that they are expanding their family to four, after keeping her pregnancy secret for six months.
And the reason the news was kept quiet was reportedly because Molly-Mae has had a difficult pregnancy so far.
An insider told the publication that her second pregnancy has 'taken its toll'.
They said the couple were actively trying for a baby, but Molly-Mae plans to keep a discreet pregnancy, with no baby shower.
'Like any pregnancy, it's really taken its toll on her, and she's been very keen to keep it private for as long as possible,' they added.
But their secret was said to have nearly been rumbled back in November, when Tommy reportedly blurted out that he was going to be a dad again in a busy pub with his dad and brother.
'They were clearly celebrating some kind of milestone,' an onlooker noted to The Sun.
The Daily Mail contacted representatives for Molly-Mae, Zoe and Tommy for comment.
