Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers spends a lot of money of every month.
In divorce court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the 52-year-old reality TV star claimed was going through $105,000 a month even though he did not have any income.
He has not earned money since October 2024 when the self-employed Aaron stopped working at his wellness center.
'I had to close down my business last year and have made [no] income since,' he told the court as part of the divorce petition he filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Phypers also does not have any property or money in the bank.
Aaron is seeking spousal support from Denise to help cover those hefty expenses.
This information came to light after the Los Angeles resident filed for divorce from 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wife on Monday.

The date of their separation was July 4 and the cause for the split was marked 'irreconcilable differences.'
In the documents Phypers said that he had to spend a lot of money every month.
And he detailed what he splashed out on.
Among his bills is $18,000 on rent, $5,000 on repairs, $7,000 on child care, $10,000 on groceries, $15,000 on eating out, $8,000 on utilities, $500 on his cell phone, $5,000 on laundry and another $20,000 on clothing.
In addition, he said he spends $15,000 on entertainment and $1,500 on auto expenses.
All those expenses come to $105,000. He also asked that he get all his power tools and a 2018 motorcycle in the divorce.
And in the court papers Aaron revealed Denise's income.
The wellness expert claimed that Richards earns over $250,000 a month in income from OnlyFans, her TV shows, brand deals and personal appearances.

That comes to $3million a year in income.
Denise helped make Aaron a reality TV star as he appeared on her show RHOBH and he also was a part of the series Denise Richards & Her Wild Things with her daughters Sami, 21, Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13.
It was also revealed in the court papers that he completed only two years of college.
On an episode of the reality show Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, she said: 'I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I'm not gonna f****** get divorced.'
The two have not been spending a lot of time together in recent months. The last time she shared an image with Aaron on Instagram was in April and the last time they were on a red carpet together was in May.
The two wed in September 2018 in Malibu. The wedding ceremony was filmed for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Guests at the wedding included Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell as well as fellow Housewives stars Lisa Vanderpump and Camille Grammer.

Phypers and the actress started dating in 2017, and got engaged in January 2018.
Glanville claimed the affair took place, even alleging that Phypers was aware and accepting of the situation, but Richards consistently refuted these claims.

Earlier this year Denise opened up about her relationship with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
The actress was on the Whine Down with Jenna Kramer podcast when shared the two former spouses do not communicate much.
The ex-couple, who were married from 2002 to 2006, had their own ideas about how to bring up their girls.
'Truthfully, it wasn't co-parenting,' the actress explained to the One Tree Hill alum. 'I parent my way. He parents his way, and there was no co-parenting.'
Struggling to describe the dynamic with the Two and a Half Men star, 59, she said, 'I have kids with him, and I'm not really — I'm friendly with Charlie, but I wish we were friends,' she said.
