Anthony Elanga has provided fans with an insight into the matchday experience for a Premier League footballer after sharing a vlog of his day after beating Man United.
The Sweden international was the matchwinner for Nottingham Forest in their clash on Tuesday night after providing a neat finish following a lung-busting run to seal a 1-0 win for his side.
It marked yet another top performance for Elanga, who spent nine years at United, as he continues to elevate his game with each matchday.
Now, the 22-year-old has offered an understanding in the preparations that he undergoes before every matchday after sharing a vlog on TikTok with his fans.
Elanga began the video as soon as he woke up, just before 9am, on Tuesday morning before getting up and getting on with a typical morning routine.
The Forest star shared clips of himself brushing his teeth in his bathroom - interrupted with a quick dance - before partaking in a morning prayer in his house.

After that, Elanga took himself downstairs where a friend had begun making breakfast for him and girlfriend China Navana - which took place just after 10am.
The winger showed himself sitting down and being presented with a health meal including scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado and a bread roll.
His partner appeared to have a similar meal but instead indulged in a slice of bacon instead of the smoked salmon which Elanga had on his plate.
After that, the Forest forward finally made his way to the club's state of the art training centre, where he partook in a morning of light exercise to prepare for the match.
Elanga showed himself starting on an exercise bike before getting involved in a stretching session to warm up his muscles before the evening match.
After speaking with his coaches for a bit, Elanga then headed to the physio to get a quick massage in preparation for kick-off.
The forward was then seen leaving the training centre at 1:40pm - spending close to three hours at the facility - before making his way back home for another meal.
Prepared again by his personal chef, Elanga showed a pesto pasta dish that had been made for him before then heading onto the Forest bus to go to the City Ground.

While on the bus, Elanga sat and joked with the likes of Ibrahim Sangare and Ola Aina before arriving at the stadium and relaxing with team-mates prior to kick-off.
Part of that involved a heated game of Ludo - on the iPad - as they got themselves ready to take on the Red Devils.
The video then cuts to inside the Forest changing room where Elanga showed off his locker. It then cut to after the match with a beaming Elanga showing off his Player of the Match award after scoring the only goal of the afternoon.
The forward's day ends with some further readings at night and what appeared to be a red light therapy table set up in his lounge.
He then thanked fans for watching the video while he shared some post-match photos which the club's photographers had captured.
Elsewhere on the night, Elanga revealed the secrets behind his lung-busting run which rubbed salt in the wounds for his former side.

‘It’s about attacking the space and getting to the opposite goal as quick as I can. I saw the space and I believe I'm one of the fastest players in the league.
‘I appreciate Manchester United so much, as I learned a lot there.’
The Sweden international covered 85 metres in nine seconds. ‘With the ball,’ Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo pointed out. ‘Imagine without the ball!
‘It was very special. He has the capacity to drive with pace and still be able to control the ball. It’s very difficult and requires a lot of technique.’
