England have suffered an injury blow after a key player was forced to depart the Three Lions' camp after being forced off against Albania.
Friday's clash marked a new era for the national team as Thomas Tuchel led the side out for the first time since succeeding Sir Gareth Southgate as permanent manager in January.
The former Chelsea boss enjoyed a winning start to life in his new role as his side strolled to a comfortable 2-0 win at Wembley.
Myles Lewis Skelly marked his senior international debut with a goal before captain Harry Kane doubled England's lead.
However, while there were many positives to take from the performance, Tuchel will now be without one of his key players for the upcoming clash with Latvia.
Anthony Gordon replaced Marcus Rashford in the closing stages but appeared to be in considerable discomfort and received medical treatment on the pitch.

Tuchel later called Gordon's condition 'worrying' and his fears appear to have since been realised as the Newcastle star has departed the international group to prepare for further evaluation.
A post from England's official X account on Sunday read: 'Anthony Gordon has withdrawn from #ThreeLions camp having sustained an injury during our win over Albania on Friday.
'Speedy recovery, @AnthonyGordon.'
The news of Gordon's condition will also come as a blow to Eddie Howe as he looks to guide the Magpies back to Champions League football.
The 24-year-old has been integral to Newcastle's success this season and scored in both legs of their EFL Cup semi-final triumph against Arsenal before missing the club's historic victory in the final against Liverpool due to suspension.
It remains to be seen whether Gordon will be available when Newcastle play host to Brentford at St James' Park in their first fixture after the international break on April 2.
