Buyers looking for a challenging project can snap up a former windmill in Epworth, Lincolnshire, for £155,000.
The Grade II-listed former windmill is believed to date from around 1820 and has a classic brick built tapering tower mill with a modern cap.
Maw’s Mill, which is located off Belton Road, occupies a rectangular shaped plot of about 0.2 acres and is enclosed by a hedges and a gated entrance leading to a parking area.
But while planning permission for change of use to a dwelling has been applied for, the decision is pending, Grice & Hunter, the seller's estate agency, said.
Speaking to This is Money, Guy Hunter, a partner at Grice & Hunter, said: 'Maw's Mill occupies commanding position overlooking the historic landscape of the Isle of Axholme and it is an extremely rare opportunity to develop an iconic and unspoilt tapering tower mill'.
The freehold former windmill can be viewed from the outside during daylight hours, but 'seriously interested parties' who want to see the inside need to contact Grice & Hunter.

Internally, the former windmill has strong renovation potential and there is currently no staircase and 'only some floor joists are present.'
Crucially, any prospective buyer should be mindful that the vendor of the former windmill does not own any adjoining land on the site.
The estate agency says it 'cannot negotiate the purchase of further land and, therefore, we are not in a position to negotiate the acquisition of additional land.'
In terms of the access land, Grice & Hunter, said: 'The vendor does not own the access lane and is unaware of who does.'
It added: 'As far as we are aware any vehicular access is by established use only. The track is subject to a public footpath.'
If none of the above doesn't put you off and if planning permission is granted, it could prove a worthwhile project.
Maw’s Mill occupies an elevated position in open countryside to the north of Station Road and west of Belton Road. The site is about 400 metres off Belton Road.

Some old windmills can be converted into brilliant homes or offer future income potential in the form of a holiday let.
Anyone considering buying a renovation project windmill or any other quirky building will need to get a full survey completed before buying. Proper legal advice will also be a must.
Some lenders are willing to offer mortgages on unusual properties, while others could be reticent to do so.
Any prospective buyer needs to research how much it would cost to renovate the former windmill and make it habitable. It is likely to take very deep pockets...
