Katie Price fans have begged her to get help after she was pictured looking 'worryingly thin' while reuniting with daughter Princess Andre, 18, on Wednesday after their reality show feud.
The former glamour model, 47, has sparked concern in recent months with her dramatic weight loss and has undergone some tests.
Three months ago she revealed she had been hospitalised over her 'dramatic' and 'unexplained' weight loss.
And her fans are now urging the mother-of-five to seek help, saying she is 'worryingly thin' and is 'looking really poorly'.
Her followers have voiced their fears for her health, writing: 'Katie.. you don’t know me, but I really want you to get some help. You’re looking really poorly.'
'Someone really needs to intervene here with some mental help feel really sorry for her'.
'Am I the only one who sees that she lost too much weight'.
'She is worryingly thin'.
Katie and Princess appeared closer than ever as the 18-year-old documented their shopping trip on TikTok.
The pair went for a day out at Selfridges with Princess filming them walking arm-in-arm through the department store.
'She’s so in her element guys,' Princess said as they entered the store with Katie replying: 'I am, I love it.'
Katie posed alongside several of the mannequins before Princess filmed her mum eating a sandwhich while sat in Cartier. 'You've got to eat,' the reality star said. 'And it’s got to be the heart of the sandwich. That's the best bit.'
Katie and Princess then went shoe shopping, with the mother-of-four trying on a pair of silver stilettos. Princess then filmed them in the back of a taxi with the floor full of Selfridges bags.
She has since been said to be joining her daughter for series two, with the duo looking as close as ever as they walked arm-in-arm for their mother-daughter day out this week.
However, Katie's son Junior, 20, has insisted that she is 'doing great', as he told the Daily Mail that the family, including his father Peter Andre, 52, are the 'best' they have ever been in an interview before Christmas.
Her reunion with Princess comes after she was 'banned' from appearing in the first season of her ITV show, The Princess Diaries.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Mail last month, Junior said in an update: 'Well, to be honest, people don't know her like we know her.
'She is doing great, she's so loving, and we love her so much. We can't wait to see her over Christmas. I am literally round her house all the time.
'People are always going to say what they want to say about both my parents, about my family, but at the end of the day they don't live my life, do you know what I mean?
'They don't know what's going on behind closed doors and to be honest, I am in the best place with my family that I've ever been.
'People can say and think what they like, but they don't actually know. They are hearing it from me that we are all great and probably the best we have ever been.'
His parent's reached a peak earlier this year when Katie accused Pete of 'banning' her from filming scenes with daughter Princess for her ITV2 reality series, Junior insisted the drama has not affected his relationship with his family.
The series featured Princess' dad Peter, step mum Emily MacDonagh and brother Junior, but Katie was missing from the line-up after previously revealing she had been prevented from taking part at the request of Princess' management team.
Junior's relationship with his sister Princess was a key part of her reality series, which also highlighted her closeness with Pete and Emily.
However, viewers will no longer see the Mysterious Girl singer on The Princess Diaries. In November, the Daily Mail revealed that Pete and Emily will not appear in series two and three, currently being filmed, following the fallout the show caused with Katie.
After Katie publicly criticised her ex-husband and his long-time manager for excluding her from the project and any of Princess's work, Pete posted a statement on Instagram confirming that the children he shares with Katie have been in his sole custody since 2018.
A source has now explained that Katie's involvement in the second series would not be full-time but she would still be visible to viewers.
The Daily Mail contacted ITV, Princess Andre, Peter Andre and Katie Price's representatives for comment at the time.
Elsewhere, Katie recently called herself a 'stick woman' and said doctors were concerned about her low blood pressure in a recent health update on her podcast The Katie Price Show.
Katie added she was feeling the pressure from her mother Amy to go to the doctors as she told her sister Sophie: 'All I've had, since everywhere has been closed, is, "Have you phoned the doctors yet? Have you phoned?"
'I'm like, "Yes, mum. I went to the doctors today." I screenshotted the appointment.'
Sophie asked: 'Did you actually though? Because mum has been speaking to me about this.'
Katie replied: 'Yes. I'm going in there to talk about blood tests, MRI, everything she wants me to have to get to the bottom of why the price is – forget stick man – stick woman.'
The mother-of-five added she had to have her blood pressure done three times because doctors thought it was so low that there must have been an error.
In October, Katie confessed she had been hospitalised for her weight loss - which she initially conceded was her aim - however later insisted was baffling doctors and left needing tests to assess the situation.
Katie told fans on her Snapchat Story she 'doesn't know why' her frame is shrinking so much as she undergoes tests.
She began: 'I've been up early at the doctors so she could do some bloods and because my veins are so s*** they had three attempts.
'They could only fill two tubes up, so I've got to go back in two weeks. And I've got to have my stitches out then because they looked at my little stab wound that I did...'
Katie added: 'The reason I'm going to the doctors is because I keep losing weight and I don't know why. So that's that.'
