Sacked Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn has revealed what she eats in a day to maintain her incredible physique.
In a new post shared with her 253k Instagram followers, the former soap star, who is best known for playing Mandy Richardson on the Channel 4 soap from 1996 until 2021, spoke about her incredibly healthy diet.
She detailed how her focus is on strength rather than size: 'The truth is… I don’t eat to be small. I eat to nourish my body to make it strong. That shift changed everything for me - how I train, how I think about food, and how I feel in my body.'
Starting the carousel of images, which included pictures of her supplements and her healthy meals, Sarah posed in a pole fitness studio in a skimpy ensemble.
It was recently revealed by the Daily Mail that Sarah, whose daily intake includes homemade chilli, overnight oats, stir-fry, protein shakes, yogurt, has raked in more than £1.5million from her OnlyFans career after being sacked by C4.
Sarah Jayne looked incredible in the snap in which she showed off the fruits of her hard-worked labour in her tiny ensemble comprising a pink sports bra which left little to the imagination and high-waisted green bottoms.
In an accompanying caption she wrote: 'I get asked this A LOT. “What do you eat in a day?” especially since I started sharing my body transformation last year. The truth is… I don’t eat to be small...
'I eat to nourish my body to make it strong. That shift changed everything for me- how I train, how I think about food, and how I feel in my body...
'These days it’s about fuel, not restriction. High protein, quick meals, plenty of balance. And yes- I still love my pastries on a weekend (balance, always)...
'Swipe to see what a typical day looks like when I’m on plan, it’s simple, satisfying, and full of energy. Would you like to see how I make these meals?'
She gave a forensic breakdown of her day, including her hydration sachets, gut health supplement alongside a homemade healthy meals.
Her snacks include a bowl of yogurt, strawberries, almond butter and agave syrup as well as an afternoon protein shake while breakfast is overnight oats.
Her latest post comes after news of Sarah's eye-popping finances came to light.
Sarah was axed from the soap after an unnamed co-star logged a formal complaint, and bosses have since changed cast members' contracts to ban them from launching their own OnlyFans.
But despite it losing her the Hollyoaks gig, Sarah has enjoyed a bumper payday from her raunchy content.
Books for Catpig Ltd, a firm Sarah set up to take in cash from her venture, show she's made around £500,000 over the past two years.
And in the previous 24 months of trading, 2022 and 2023, she earned just over £1million - taking her total for the last four years to over £1.5million.
For this year alone, Sarah's firm boasts a bottom line of £369,000 in cash and assets.
Sarah also owns a property firm and splashed £250,000 on her first rental property in an upmarket area of Cheshire.
The popular actress was sacked from the Chester-based Channel 4 soap in November 2021 after being told to close her subscription-only page.
Fans pay £11-a-month to view racy content and videos and can pay extra fees for exclusive snaps sent straight to their inboxes by the star.
Canny Sarah also set up a firm called Catpig Properties Ltd so she can sink her cash into bricks and mortar.
Records show the outfit has bought a two-bed semi to rent out.
Earlier this year Sarah claimed OnlyFans is 'safer' than working on Hollyoaks - three-years after her saucy snaps got her axed from the Channel 4 soap.
She said she now feels more in control after previously being the victim of a terrifying stalker ordeal that saw her bombarded with 'disturbing' messages, that show bosses were unable to do anything about.
She told The Sun: '[OnlyFans] has actually been a much safer space than the likes of Instagram or TikTok or any of the other platforms that I use and that I am active on'.
'I was getting horrendous messages on Instagram through an account, really disturbing that I went to Hollyoaks with and I contacted the police about. But they don't do anything and they can't do anything. And that's terrifying.'
Sarah continued: 'I went to Hollyoaks and it was a case of "right, just send us what he sent you'" And then I went to the police and there's not much they can do, it's really scary actually.'
She went on to explain how messages sent to her on OnlyFans, unlike other social media sites, are pixelated and she can now choose whether to look at them or not.
Sarah slammed bosses for 'blatant hypocrisy' after being 'sexualised' through calendar shoots on the soap.
She also revealed trolls furiously branded her 'cheap' for joining OnlyFans, but insists she 'wished she'd done it sooner'.
Speaking to The Sun for their Shamed YouTube series, Sarah revealed she was branded 'embarrassing' by trolls for setting up an OnlyFans account.
She said: 'I'd been sexualised and been made an object of sexual desire for my entire adult life. To then be told I couldn't do it on my own terms? That was really the bit that stung because it just didn't make sense to me.'
In 2023 she celebrated a year on OnlyFans and told devotees: 'One year on. One year ago today I stood my ground for one of the first times in my life.
'It was scary as hell, I didn't really know what direction this journey would take me in, I just knew that I had to do what was right for me and my family, and standing my ground and following my heart and my gut has taken me on the most exciting journey over the last year.
'A journey of freedom, empowerment, taking back control, joy and fun. I believe everything happens for a reason and I have zero regrets over my choices.'
