A Florida man who lost his job has been arrested after he threatened to shoot up megachurches and 'corrupt' politicians in a series of unhinged online rants.
Michael Iaboni, 32, was charged with making terroristic threats after an anonymous tip led to an investigation by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office on Saturday.
The videos, posted between November 4 and November 7, capture the man mimicking firing a rifle with his hands as he says: 'I got fired and I'm fired up.'
According to an affidavit seen by Daily Mail, Iaboni went on to say: 'I would never take my own life, but I understand the people that I am going to be going after are and could potentially be dangerous.
'I'm going after megachurches, Christ Fellowship is on my list to hit also.'
He allegedly added that he is 'single' and has the means to slip out of the area quickly after any shooting took place.
After the initial video was posted, Christ Fellowship had a scheduled 'Make a Meal, Make an Impact' event which was expected to attract as many as 1,000 parishioners.
He had allegedly signed up to take a tour of the building, and lived less than two miles from the church.
Days later in a second video, the affidavit states that Iaboni said: 'If you give me the opportunity to defend myself. It's gonna look like a genocide.
'My end game is taking you out.
'It's not necessarily the people that are yelling that you need to be worried about, it's the quiet ones, it's the ones that no longer fear death. I expect death to come fast and very violent, hopefully I go out fast'
'Don't f**k my suicide. If anything happens to me while I'm expressing my 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech Operation Murder The Corruption will begin.'
Iaboni then turned his attention to 'powerful politicians.'
'I have evidence of 5 very powerful politicians that have only destroyed this country more then MAGA has,' he said.
'I dream of the day you're put 20ft under any prison and forgotten about.
'Millions of American will thank you for my service.'
Iaboni was allegedly caught firing a gun in a public space back in 2023 by Florida Fish and Wildlife authorities, sparking concerns he has access to firearms.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond and is next due to appear in court on December 9.
