Big Brother housemate Caroline has been issued a formal warning for offensive language after making transphobic comments to Zelah.
A game of spin the bottle ended disastrously in Tuesday's episode after music PR Caroline, 56, made extremely transphobic remarks.
As the bottle landed on Nancy, Caroline asked: 'If you could sh** anyone in the House, no no we're on a desert island and there is one person left, you might be able to make babies to get a new civilisation, who would you sh**?'
Nancy, who is pansexual, answered that she is most attracted to Zelah, who is a transgender man.
Caroline then leapt out of her seat and made the transphobic remark, shouting at Zelah: 'She's a girl.' She later added: 'But you haven't got a willy. Is that really bad?'
The following day, Big Brother pulled Caroline into the Diary Room and reprimanded her for 'offensive and unacceptable' language and behaviour, before telling her she was on a formal warning and if similar comments were made again she would be at risk of being removed from the house.

Viewers were horrified by the scenes, writing: 'My heart broke for Zelah and it was totally out of order from Caroline. A formal warning was not enough!';
'She should be removed for that. Blatant transphobia dressed up as ignorance. Absolutely VILE,';
'I can just tell zelah is constantly biting his tongue, not defending himself or saying anything because he knows he’ll get painted as "aggressive" just because he’s trans. it’s so sad he has every right to defend himself,';
'Caroline is a nasty piece of work. It only took one drink for her to show her true colours,';
'Caroline should surely be removed for that comment….'
In the Diary Room, Big Brother recalled the full conversation while a very embarrassed Caroline covered her eyes.
Big Brother said: 'Caroline, before you entered the Big Brother House the rules regarding unacceptable language and behaviour were explained to you.
'Yesterday at 11:21pm during a game of spin of the bottle, you had the following conversations.

'Caroline, you said to Nancy "If you could sh** anyone in the House, no no we're on a desert island and there is one person left, you might be able to make babies to get a new civilisation, who would you sh**?"
'Nancy said, "So, it has to be a guy?" Jenny said "She's pansexual". Caroline, you said "Is she pansexual? Do you like pans?"
'Zelah said "Maybe just ask her who she is most attracted to?" Caroline then says, "I didn't know that bit".'
Big Brother continued: 'Nancy then answered "Zelah". Caroline you said to Zelah "She's a girl. No you're not". Teja shouts, "Caroline!"
'Caroline you said "But you haven't got a willy. Is that really bad? But I was talking about…I'm so sorry Z. Is that bad? That was bad wasn't it? Oh no, I'm dead now. Is that bad?"'
After reading out the full conversation, Big Brother said: 'Caroline, can you look at Big Brother?'
Caroline said 'No. I'm ashamed. Oh God. It's worse than I thought.'
Big Brother said: 'Caroline, Big Brother thinks that your language in these instances was offensive and unacceptable and cannot permit you to use language in a way that could cause offence to your fellow Housemates and the viewing public.'
'Agreed,' Caroline said, as Big Brother added: 'As a result, Big Brother is issuing you with a formal warning. Caroline, any repeated use of this type of language or behaviour could lead to your removal from the House.'
Big Brother then asked: 'Is there anything you'd like to say?'
Caroline replied: 'Sorry. It was a horrible thing I said. Horrible. I don't know where it came from. I can't excuse myself. If I had an excuse I'd say but I don't have one.
'I'm sorry to everyone out there and I'm sorry to everyone in here. I will make sure I apologise profusely to everyone because I can see the disappointment in everyone's eyes.
'I was having such a lovely time, more than lovely. I've gone and ruined everything. I can't see a way back.'
