Isla, 49, looked flawless as she posed for snaps wearing a sleek, strapless gown that boasts a corset-inspired bodice.
She showed off her incredible figure in the dress, which also featured a daring thigh-high slit.
This year's Albies are taking place at The Natural History Museum, with George and his wife Amal Clooney hosting once again.
The annual ceremony aims to honour individuals fighting for justice and human rights, and is named after South African anti-apartheid hero Justice Albie Sachs.
George, 64, appeared to be in good spirits following his recent health woes at the Venice Film Festival as he posed for snaps with his stunning wife.


Also in attendance was actress Hannah Waddingham, who dazzled in a breathtaking champagne gold gown that was embellished with sequins.
The dress also features a deep sweetheart neckline that enhanced her ample assets.
Fashion royalty Meryl Streep turned heads as she slipped into a long sleeved sheer black overlay with green beading and black ankle grazer trousers.
The iconic actress - who is currently in the middle of filming the sequel to the Devil Wears Prada, where she plays editor in Chief of fashion magazine runway as Miranda Priestly - wore her white tresses in an updo and accessorised with some green pointed heels.
She held onto a black clutch and finished her look with a pair of black framed glasses.
Emma Thompson cut a glamorous figure in a burgundy trouser and blazer combo which she wore over a sparkly gold top.
Emma looked sensational in the stylish number with a corset and complimented her outfit with silver bag and earrings.
Shailene Woodley put on a traffic stopping display in a gorgeous gold gown which featured a thigh high slit at the back.

Felicity Jones caught the eye in a bold dress with standout off the shoulder sleeves with a beaded detail and a patterned embellishment around her waist.
Stella McCartney looked sensational as she arrived to the bash in cream trousers and a matching oversized blazer, which she hung effortlessly over her shoulders.
Making sure to stay within the neutral theme, she opted for a stone coloured bodysuit underneath and chose a sparkly silver clutch to break it up.
She also a soft smoky eye palette and styled her caramel locks into loose waves.
Meanwhile Jemma Kid turned heads in a strapless sequin black dress, which featured a feather trim around the hem.
Jemma left her blonde locks fall naturally as she showed off her figure in the form-fitting number.
Also at the event was Meg Ryan who displayed her jaw-dropping figure as she arrived on the red carpet in a slinky burgundy dress with sequins.




The garment also featured a fur trim around the neck while Meg added height to her frame with a pair of chunky open toe heels.
Sabrina Elba sizzled in a long-sleeved black gown as she posed up a storm for the camera.
Sabrina oozed sophistication as she modelled the slinky black number which featured a roll neck and clung to her figure which allowed her to showcase her stunning curves.
She boosted her height with chic black heels and let her dress do the talking, as she opted for minimal accessorises, bar some dazzling drop down earrings.
TV and film producer and screenwriter Jemima Khan, cut a glamorous figure in faux leather rubbed dress with long sleeves.
The star, who attended the event which aims to shine a spotlight on brave individuals who have devoted their lives to justice, wore a beaded cuff, as well as a bold necklace and feathered clutch bag.





The former prime minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern was also in attendance and stood out from the crowd in a black floor length dress, which boasted a halter neck and floral print.
She styled her brunette tresses into a slicked back do and flashed a radiant smile on the carpet.
But it wasn't just the women who stood out at the glitzy event.
Singer John Legend put on a dapper display in a white in a white blazer and black trousers, along with a bowtie.
Russel Tovey opted for a blue suit and stand out shoes, whilst Richard E Grant and Dominic West both looked suave in a tux.
