Mo Gilligan's fiancée Taia Tulher has candidly opened up about the realities of motherhood after confirming she had secretly welcoming her first child with the comedian. 

The couple are believed to have become parents over the summer but are choosing to keep their baby's name and gender private, just months after it was revealed the funnyman, 37, had fathered a 'secret love child' with an ex.

Taia, 28, took to her Instagram and shared a montage of her pregnancy including a clip of her holding the newborn in hospital.

She also penned a lengthy caption about the ups and downs of parenthood and gushed over Mo, who she said was the 'the kindest and strongest soul'.

As music played Taia wrote: 'My dearest baby, Every night I play you this song I wrote, so you can drift to sleep wrapped in the love I sometimes can’t put into words'.

'And as I hold you, I hope you feel what I once felt in my own mother’s arms, the kind of love so steady and deep it becomes part of who you are. I hope you feel it in every note, how every worry fades when I look at you, how holding you makes me feel like God has taken my hand once again'. 

She continued: 'Whenever I lose my way, it is you who brings me back to the path. There are days when the tiredness feels heavy, when the world seems to close in, when harm and pain try to reach me and I feel like I’m slowly suffocating'. 

'But then I remember I have you. And as I once read, you are not just the love of my life, you are life loving me back.

'I am endlessly grateful for your father too, the kindest, strongest soul I know. His steady love has been my anchor, and I pray you will carry his heart inside of you as you grow.

Before adding: 'This love, it is mine, it is yours, it is ours. It is the song that will always surround you. And it will never end. With all my life and love, Mamãe'.

Last week the couple attended the Labrum London show during London Fashion Week, where Taia was notably spotted without the blossoming baby bump she had been seen with in her Instagram photos earlier this year.

And a source has now confirmed to The Sun: 'Mo and Taia have their baby and are in a bubble of bliss. She gave birth quite a few weeks ago now and she has been getting back to normal life.

'They are keeping their baby’s gender and name for just close friends and family but they’ve been sharing the news of the baby’s arrival with people now.' 

Daily Mail contacted Mo's representatives for comment.

Meanwhile, Taia's friends all appeared to confirm the happy news, as they took to the comments of one of her latest Instagram posts to praise her on being the 'most beautiful mommy'.

Writing in Portuguese, they gushed: 'Mommy is so beautiful'; 'The most beautiful mother'; 'The cutest mom'; 'The most beautiful mommy ever!!'

It is Mo's second child, after it was claimed he fathered son Rudi during his brief relationship with Selina Christoforou.

The revelation came to light after the model publicly blasted the TV personality for failing to offer any support, claiming he showed no interest in their child since his birth in January 2024. 

In a viral TikTok video, Selina, 35, claimed she could 'count on her fingers and toes' how many times Mo had seen the child over the last 17 months.

Shared her version of events, she said: 'I just finally posted on Instagram about my son's dad so for your information...

'If you don't follow my Instagram I don't blame you. Um, Mo Gilligan is his "dad". Very much in quotation marks.  

'I've kept that for nine very long months of being pregnant on my own, bringing up my son on my own.

'Pretty much ignored his existence for the first year of his life, barely bothers with him now - can probably use my fingers and toes to count how many times he's even f***ing met him, you know. I kept thinking no, it'll get better. It has to get better.

'Rudi, that's my son, he's so unbelievable, he's the most amazing child. He's such a f***ing joy and I just kept thinking that would be enough.

'I completely get you can't make someone be a dad and he made it also very clear he didn't want to be a dad and seemed to kind of change his mind.'

Selina is said to have become pregnant after dating Mo after they met online, and decided to keep the unborn child, despite it coming as a shock to the 'careful' pair.

A source told The Sun: 'Mo met Selina after messaging her on social media and they hung out casually for a few months.

'She found out she was pregnant in May 2023 and it was quite a shock for them both because they'd been fairly careful. But she wanted to have the baby, despite the fact they weren't actually a couple.

'She adores their son and Mo sees him semi-regularly. Now he's about to become a dad for a second time and he's over the moon.'

Following Selina's blistering attack, Mo then shared a rare video of his son, showing the little boy enjoying some quality time with his father.

The brief black-and-white clip featured the youngster, whose identity was concealed, gazing up at the camera while playing a game.
