Ariana Grande has doubled the length of her residency in London next summer following a huge demand for shows.

The singer-songwriter, 32, will be performing at the O2 Arena in August and September next year - her only dates in Europe on her Eternal Sunshine tour.

There was a presale for the shows on Tuesday which saw more than two million people trying to get tickets as she sold out the shows immediately.

Due to demand she has now added five more shows to the tour in London meaning she will do a whopping ten shows at the iconic London venue.

She will now perform on August 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 31, as well as September 1.

It will be her first shows in the UK since 2019.

It comes after last week the star said she was 'bothered' after her tour sold out within minutes and scalpers were already attempting to resell tickets with hiked-up prices.

She took to her Instagram Story to address her fans' concerns and said she is 'fighting for a solution' so they can attend her long-awaited tour in 2026.

This came after some of her fans vented about how they were unable to purchase tickets during the presale and general sale.

Many resale tickets from third party retailers are now priced at over 10 times the face value for several of her shows, and Grande assured fans that she has been 'on the phone every second of my free time' even though she has been 'on set all week.'

On Saturday morning, she shared a post and wrote: 'hi my angels, i have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what's been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention.'

The pop star - who fans are convinced has broken up with or is heading towards a split with her boyfriend and Wicked co-star Ethan Slater - added: 'and of course i am incredibly bothered by it.'

The Supernatural hitmaker continued, 'i've been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. i hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. it's not right.'

She assured her fans that she and her team 'are doing everything we can.'

She said she 'just wanted you to know that my team and i see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing everything we can. i love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.'

Tickets for her upcoming The Eternal Sunshine Tour, in support of her same-name, seventh studio album, went on pre-sale on Tuesday, September 9 in the US.

Many of her fans expressed their excitement for her highly anticipated roadshow since her last tour was over five years ago for her 2019 Sweetener World Tour.

Grande opted out of dynamic pricing for her shows, meaning that the price of her tickets were set in advance to be at the lowest $79 for nosebleed seats up to $799, excluding VIP packages.

In spite of her consumer-friendly choice, Ticketmaster options are now sold out and fans are being forced to explore resale options, which are being posted by third party retailer with a staggering upcharge.

Grande first announced late last month that she planned to tour her album, which she released in February 2024.

Her heartfelt post to her fans about her future shows came after her Eternal Sunshine album helped her take home the Best Pop award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.

Her last tour was over five years ago for her 2019 Sweetener World Tour (seen in London on that tour)

Her single Brighter Days Ahead also took home Video of the Year.

During her acceptance speech, she gushed about her 'fiercely loving and supportive fans' and teased her forthcoming concerts by telling them: 'We'll see you on tour!'

This comes amid her blossoming movie career as the superstar's upcoming Wicked: For Good sequel is set to premiere on November 21.

She is also set to star opposite Josh Gad will star in Wicked director Jon M. Chu's adaptation of Oh, the Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss.
