Every month more than a million Premium Bonds winners are chosen at random and two bond holders pocket £1million each.

August 2025 update: Winners of the £1million Premium Bonds prizes this month are in Central Bedfordshire and Overseas.
The Central Bedfordshire winner has a holding of £7,000 and purchased their winning Bond in December 2008.
The Overseas winner has a holding of £50,000 and purchased their winning Bond in May 2013.
We publish Premium Bonds results in our tables below, separated into larger and smaller prizes. It's published on the 1st of every month or the next working day if it falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday.

What are Premium Bonds?
Premium Bonds are a Government savings product offered by NS&I that pay out prizes but no interest.
Every pound that you pay in equals one Premium Bond and each bond has an equal chance of winning a prize: 22,000 to 1.
The numbers, or more accurately strings of numbers and letters of varying lengths, are selected by a machine known as ERNIE - Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment.
You can buy Premium Bonds online at NS&I with a minimum of £25. You can hold a maximum £50,000 of Premium Bonds.
It's possible to cash in all or part of your Premium Bonds whenever you like online.
